1 The 5-Step Application Process
1. Check Eligibility
Must be 60% Malaysian-owned, registered (SSM/PBT) for >1 year, or >6 months with RM50k sales.
2. Choose Provider
Select an MDEC-endorsed Technology Solution Provider (TSP). BlackSea can refer you to compliant partners.
3. Submit Forms
Complete the BSN application forms and attach the invoices/quotations from your chosen TSP.
4. Approval
BSN processes the application. Typical waiting time is 1-2 months. Be patient and ensure documents are clear.
5. Claim & Pay
Once approved, you pay your 50%. The bank pays the remaining 50% directly to the service provider.
